1) Full refund. We accept the return and offer full refund in the following cases:
- The item delivered didn’t match the description on our website (Example: you ordered a leather sofa and a fabric sofa was delivered instead).
- The item has defects that were not mentioned in the description on our website (Example: broken furniture legs, scratches, cuts)
This option is only available immediately after the delivery has been made. The item will be delivered back to our warehouse by the delivery vehicle that had delivered it to you. Please inspect the item upon arrival and make sure it matches the description before our delivery vehicle leaves.
2) Refund minus shipping costs if the item was not accepted by the buyer in the following cases:
- The buyer refused to accept the delivery without reason
- We attempted to deliver but the buyer was not present to accept the item at the agreed time (we will contact the buyer via phone and wait for up to one hour after the arranged delivery time)
3) General refund within 7 days after the delivery date. If you would like to return the item you must return it to our warehouse (Calle Luxemburgo, 13, Almoradi (Alicante), Spain within 7 days after the delivery. An item must be returned in its original packaging (including bags, boxes, users manuals etc) and in the same condition as it was received, unused.
